Consumer issues : please contact our Consumer Helpline 0808 223 1133 if you need assistance with a consumer issue, such as any of the following:

•  Holiday and Transport
• Buying or repairing a car
• Scams
• Something has gone wrong with a purchase
• Insurance
• Water
• Phone, internet or TV
• Home improvements

We aim to respond to your enquiry within 5 working days:

• If we call you, our number will show as withheld or private
• If we can’t get through to you after three calls on separate days, we’ll close your case and you’ll need to contact us again if you still need assistance
